Representation at Magistrates and Crown Courts

We have solicitors dealing with cases at the Magistrates’ Court every day. Three of our solicitors have a HCA qualification, which means we can continue to represent you if your case is sent to the Crown Court, or indeed beyond.

Most of our work is in Swindon, but we can travel to other courts in the area.

If you are charged, we will assess your eligibility for Legal Aid (Government funding) which will cover the costs of representing you at Court. However, Legal Aid is means-tested, and some offences are not covered by the scheme, so if you do not qualify, we will talk to you about the cost of representing you. We work to set fees and not hourly rates, so you will always know how much the process will cost. You can get more information about Legal Aid from the Legal Aid website.
